Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") outline the terms under which HH Web Designs (referred to as the "Designer") provides web design services to clients (referred to as "Clients"). By engaging the Designer's services, Clients agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Scope of Services
The Designer agrees to provide web design services to the Client as outlined in the project proposal or agreed-upon scope of work. Any additional services requested by the Client may incur extra charges.

3. Payment
Clients agree to pay the Designer according to the payment terms outlined in the project proposal. Full payment is required before the final website is delivered or launched. Payment details, accepted methods, and due dates will be specified in the project proposal.

4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Designer assigns the intellectual property rights of the completed website to the Client. Any elements provided by the Client, such as logos or content, are the sole responsibility of the Client in terms of ownership and rights.

5. Revisions and Edits
The Designer will provide a set number of revisions and edits to the website as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions or changes may incur extra charges.

6. Timeline
The Designer will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. Delays caused by the Client, including late provision of content or feedback, may result in a revised timeline.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the course of the project.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Designer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the website or services provided. 

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the project in writing with reasonable notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for services rendered up to that point.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Designer reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted on the Designer's website.

12. Compliance with Australian Consumer Law
These terms and conditions are compliant with the Australian Consumer Law and are designed to provide Clients with fair and transparent business practices.
